Deeper Zapier Integration

It would be great to see more integration between Zapier and FreshDesk.


For example adding the ability to set more ticket attributes (priority, status, agent). Also the ability to notify an agent when a note is created via Zapier would be great to see!

Any details or documentation on this? I'm not seeing new options in zapier to notify an agent when a note is created...

Agreed Zapier needs to be updated now with some of the newer API endpoints available.

For example,

add to Actions:
- "Update" Actions not just "Create" for things like Contact, Company, Ticket

- Create Outbound email

Also support for Custom Fields in all Create and Update actions and triggers too

Arggh, just ran into this exact issue - have Company information in a CRM which I want to propagate to FreshDesk whenever a Company record is created or updated in the source CRM. 


Only Zapier action currently available is 'Create Company'.  Why no Update action?  (I could also see us possibly want to update an existing Contact in FreshDesk as well.)

I would love more triggers based on forum/discussions so that we can track feature requests into Jira with some form of automation.


Then, as listed above, instead of just create, we would need update for things like update a topic, or add notes to a topic.

I just tried to just Zapier with Freshdesk, and I found out there is no option to add a new ticket to a specific Group...

I would really love Freshdesk to invest in this feature :)

As asked 5 years earlier... please add priority, status, agent. Would be great to see these options in Zapier!
