Would it be possible to have the Default permission of "All Users" changed to "Agents" for new Solution Categories, or give us the option to decide on that what the default selection should be? We have had an issue with Agents not noticing the permission when creating entries and exposing data as a result. It seems VERY insecure to default to "All Users", and generally defaulting to a more secure option makes more sense.

We have kept the default visibility setting to "All" because we have had a good number of users who favored this choice. So I do not think it is possible for us to change the default value to "Agents".
I also do not think it is feasible for us to make the default option customizable right now. Really sorry Jae.
