Delete Freshdesk Messaging chatbots

Currently we have no way of deleting Custom Chatbots from Freshdesk Messaging (Freshchat). This is basic functionality that should be enabled as a counterweight to creation.

We make mistakes and should be able to remove those mistakes. 😕  Right now all we can do is remove all the components of the chatbot and save it, then set it as disabled. Missing that step of allowing us to remove it from the platform completely.

Hey Zachery, are you talking about the Bots present on the Bots list page, in the “My Bots” section?

It would be great to have the possibility to delete bots from the “My bots” section entirely.

Hey all! I was able to get this deleted by speaking to Support! Agree this should be something we can do ourselves but I would drop them an email and ask for a bot to be deleted if you’re struggling with seeing bots no longer used.

I was aware that Support could do that, but still it would be great if we would be able to do it ourselves.

Bumping this - so messy and support is slow to respond at best.
