We get reccurent error message ‘Delivery to these recipients or groups is complete, but no delivery notification was sent by the destination server.’. They systematically create tickets upon reception.
Issue is that these messages are not about undelivered mail but about missing notification only. These notifications have no value and create a lot of noise and confusion for agents. They could be deactivated by toggling off a parameter at mail server level ; or Freshwork could improve the ticket creation logic to prevent agent backlog to be polluted by these tickets.
