It would be a nice QOL feature if Assets had descriptive titles like the Tickets do.
For example, when a ticket is open the browser, it shows [#1234] Ticket Subject | Portal Name
Assets only show Service Desk : Portal Name
Sometimes I open multiple Asset records that I’m working with on different tabs. It would be nice to see what tab I have what asset open on easily.
I would really like to see this. It’s creating a lot of frustration for the support team who are working on multiple assets at once.
Hardware is definitely the main frustration, if the page title could just be the asset name it would be an improvement.
+1I submitted this to support a while back not realizing the idea was posted here. Seems like a 2-minute code change to stick the asset display name in the page title tag.
