There will be great if there was a Desktop Notification in Live Chat for Customers.


We have many customers who come to use skype after contact with Live Chat. They think the chat through the freshchat is very slow.

Rafael - Thanks for the feedback and idea! 


Unfortunately, we will not be able to take this up right now, but will definitely revisit when we are charting out our roadmap in the near future and keep you posted on any updates.
