Is there any way to disable the WYSIWYG editor, or write the HTML markup myself?
When creating email notification templates, the WYSIWYG editor is inserting extra breaks all over the message to where I can't get a consistent spacing between messages.

Apologies for the delay in getting back on this. On this front, while drafting the email notifications could you try using Shift + Enter for single line breaks? Alternatively, we would like to discuss this further with you.
