Disabling captcha when signing up option

Could we have the option to disable captcha when signing up?

If you're going to force the use of captcha - why not upgrade to the new checkbox recaptcha?

Hello there,


Thanks for writing to Freshdesk regarding Captcha. 


Are you asking to disable the Captcha when you login to your account on the support portal? It will be displayed only if there are incorrect credentials entered typically.


That said, we do have plans to upgrade the Captcha check, will update this post when that is done.

I support idea to replace old and inconvenient reCaptcha version 1 to modern and simple reCaptcha v.2.
