I wondered if Freshdesk is thinking about giving customers the possibility to directly write the rules inside text scripts. It would be more convenient than clicking, clicking, clicking again... It is so time consumer to enter complex rules... And the lack of "AND" and "OR" possibilities at the same time is a bad thing too.
