Display Customer Company name in the ticket list

Hi

It'd be very helpful to have the requester's company name displayed in the ticket list.

It currently just shows the person's name but there is plenty of room to include their company name too.

This would save repeated filtering by company as I cherry pick my next ticket.

I prioritise tickets in part by the company that raised it and I don't know all of the names of the people at the company.

Regards

Graeme

This is supposedly in the December release. Does anyone see it? Is it somehow configurable? I don't see it...

It is shown in the ticket list next to the requester name, under the title. It is a pity that it is in light grey on a white background - I was hoping it would stand out a bit.

I didn't have to configure anything to see it.

The company name is not shown for tickets raised by Agents, however. I guess you are expected to know the names of all of your agents - simple when there are 5, less so when there are 50.

Thanks Graeme, you nailed it - the first few in my list are from our SE's (and they are agents). I agree that it's a little tough to see still and doesn't allow for rapid scanning.  Still...it's helpful.

It would be useful to show the Company name on the mobile app.

Hello,

The Company name is now displayed on the ticket list page along with the requester information. You can also customise the view and add more fields that you'd like to see using the table view on Mint. Here's a preview of how the customised table view would look like:

Cheers!
