Display more than 30 tickets per page

We deal with a high volume on tickets and it’s not practical for the owner of the tickets to have to click through several pages of their open tickets.

I would like Freshworks to implement a feature where you have the option on the setting page to adjust the number of results displayed on each page ie: 30,60,100, or all. Doing so will allow the agent to prioritize the full scope of tickets they have open. 

This idea has been brought up several times over the years, with no ETA from Freshworks. Please like/comment if you feel this will benefit your employees.

it would be a great option to offer to some reps. as long as we can control the number of tickets displayed such as 30, 60, 100, or all

@swaminathan.chandrasekaran We had this activated on our account and love it! Is there somewhere in the settings where we can change the default to a certain number of tickets per page instead of having to change it each time we?

 

Perhaps it could be added to the Helpdesk settings page?

@julia.a We’re enabling them at an account level at the moment. Please do drop us a ticket, we’ll get this enabled for your account. We’ll soon make this live for all accounts.

@swaminathan.chandrasekaran Why did you announce it in your Release notes then if this has to be requested which however is not mentioned in the Release notes? Will raise a ticket now.

Thats a nice start, but saving the layout still won’t save the table view as the new default, and still doesn’t save the added columns and order in the table view.
