Hi @alyssia.correa what does implemented mean in this regard? Is there an ETA of when this will come to customers?

@alyssia.correa and @afautley I think this is indicating it was implemented for “Freshdesk” but we desperately need this for “Freshservice” please and thank you!

Heyy @afautley! @zachary.king is correct, this is for Freshdesk! Maybe we can check if this idea is exists for Freshservice and if not we can create a new one! I will also check in my next review and share an update soon - stay tuned!!

Agree with the above - I would love this feature in FreshService.. 

Not only for tickets, but for assets as well

@mhall We have now released the ability for admins to control the number of tickets that can be viewed by agents. This is available in the Helpdesk Settings page exactly as you recommended :-)
