Hi there,

Is there away of showing live stats eg Team Member, open tickets, etc on an external monitor.

At the moment we have a white board with team member & open tickets hand written.

Can you help

If Freshdesk added live reporting instead of waiting 30 minutes to an hour for the stats to update, I think this would help you out. It would certainly help me as well as others I'm sure! PLEASE DO LIVE REPORTING
