Displaying Out of Office dates to agents and requestors

I would like to have an option to display the dates, or at least when the agents returns to office, to agents and requestors when this option is set.  Today they only get an email(I set it under Automation) that the agent is out of the office but have no idea when he returns so in almost all cases the users at least will contact the IT for more information instead of wait for the agent to return if the return date is acceptable for the project at hand.  Same goes for the agents but mostly I see this as a helpful addon for the end users.
