We have agency Forms that are locked down so only certain fields can be updated.
It would be amazing if we could add these to the Document Templates and Signatures and map the fields in the form to this document. As some of these forms are required to have ‘wet signatures’ but if the customer can fill out most of the form or even e-signature sign with a signature pad, this would make this process much easier for the customer and we can automatically forward the form to the right team instead of asking the customer to email a particular team with the information.
We can also make the fields mandatory so that nothing gets missed and the team does not need to go back to the customer saying they missed a section.
