Does FD live chat allow admins to shadow chats?

In other chat services the admin can "shadow" a live chat while it is currently going on, is this possible in Fresh desk live chat?

This is an important feature when on-boarding new staff. 

Right now you do have a way to see "Chat History" for ongoing conversations but it doesn't auto refresh. 

+  Also you need a filter added so you can say I only want to see "In Conversation" 

+ The Message Archives need to Auto Refresh.
