It would be very nice to have the ability to update the price for service items based on options the users select. We have several items that have various price points depending on what they need. We want the approver to know the exact cost so they have a solid understanding of it before making a decision.

We are actually in the process of enhancing the entire Ideas section. As we have accumulated numerous ideas that haven't received updates, we are collaborating with the product teams to refine and revitalize this section. As the entire process is time-intensive, we are doing it in phases. We kindly request your patience as we make these improvements.
I was just looking into this to see if it's something we can implement in order to help our users better budget their equipment purchases while they order.
This would be especially useful for ordering laptops and desktops what have various processor, storage, RAM, and GPU options that vary the price dramaticlly.
Even more so, we would like to eventually implement automaticlly updating the cost of items in our service catalog via APIs from our vendors and organization procurement platform, which is especially useful in today’s landscape with constantly increasing RAM prices.
+1I’d also like to see this feature implemented. We have a service request for laptop and monitor, within each are the specific hardware models. Being able to have the cost adjust based on the selected model would be great.
