We use a lot of automation in the Service Requests and recently hit the dynamic section limit of 5 for mutliple requests.

Just got onboard with freshservice… was sad to notice this limitation, I was expecting to completly replace all forms of the company (mostly jotforms).
Hope this is solved soon!
+16I literally hit this limitation today when looking at a possible solution for an existing form that we would like to move into our service catalog. We truly need a more customizable way of building service request forms that can compete with things like Microsoft and Google forms.

+2The ability to nest Dynamic Sections would be a game changer. We currently have to use several business rules to get the desired effect.
