There has risen a need for a new functionality in Freshdesk within my organization: Dynamic tagging.
By Dynamic tagging we mean the possibility to create new tags on the fly, i.e. from words in the subject line or description or similar. Tags that do not already exist in the tag list.
Today you must define the tags before you can use them, we would like to be able to create tags when we need them.
