Allow sellers to revert to Ebay and Amazon messages from the Fresdesk itself. Are you guys working on this integration?

While our Amazon integration work is in progress, we have released eCommerce as a channel in Freshdesk last year. The detailed documentation is available here

We have integrated with Chanel Reply that can provide the Amazon integration.
