We need to be able to update fields of service request items after the request is submitted. This is really basic functionality that is missing. Even typos cannot be corrected. This can cause challenges when using automated functions. Even being able to do it only via API first would help, but ideally requestors can edit these.

You can do it as a agent( as long as it’s not sent for approval or resolved) or via API.

As a requester would be nice function.
Thanks for that note, Daniel, yes specifically I think requestors should be able to edit. Sometimes a typo or mistake is made and an agent must work with them to fix it.
