Editing messages in Freshchat

The idea is to give the possibility to edit/delete sent messages. Only on active conversation. There may be some slips while helping the clients. It would be nice to have such a function, that other services have. Also make this function on the different channels as well, not only instagram or whatsup, but also on telegram and viber (those are on the marketplace)
