I've noticed that the "remove formatting" option is only available when editing a note, but should be available when creating a new one as well.
Likewise, I've noticed that attaching a file is possible when creating a new note, but it should available when editing a note as well. Sometimes people add the wrong file and need to be able to change it.

Both the scenarios have been handled in the note editor. Also, while uploading an attachment, Freshdesk visually indicates the progress of the upload and hence prevents agents from adding a note with a failed attachment.
