It would be nice if we could stylize the public URL for a ticket. While nice, the public URL page does not match the look and feel our company is going for. In addition, the Ticket Properties section is not formatted correctly. It's currently:
Ticket Properties
Status
This ticket has been Closed
Priority
Low
Assigned to
Beth Price
It would be nice if the field names were bold or at least had a colon after the name.

I have the impression that the public ticket URL is still displaying the ticket history in the "old" Freshdesk layout.
Can't you manage to let this URL show the ticket in the new Mint layout?

Yes, the public ticket URL still loads in the old interface. We're working on it and will reach out to you on this.
That said, we don't have an option to customize the public ticket URL page and we'll take it up as a feedback.
