Currently, we do not utilize ANY of the out of box roles (Admin or Agent) that Freshservice provides. Without the ability to edit them they do not fit our business needs and we have made our own custom roles instead.
For quality of life, can we hide/delete and or gain the ability to edit these roles? I understand the need for Fresh Support to be able to ask for certain permissions to provide assistance during support, so if a higher-level role needs to stay that is ok. But the rest, just sit there and take up unnecessary space in our tool.
