Effort estimation for task should support hours

The current "Effort in Days" isn't precise enough. We'd like to define estimation in hours (including decimals for minutes).

I agree. 0.5 days is a bit too much every now and then. Hours will make this feature more flexible. What we currently do is making sure the user stories are big enough. Something like 1 day minimum. And in combination with sub-tasks.
