Hi!
I would like to suggest an “widget” that doesn’t show as a chat in the bottom right corner of the page with the knowledge base or contact form, but a widget that allows an actual embed of the KB in our websites. That would be awesome to avoid sending customers to another page on freshdesk but keep them on the our websites.
