Hi Freshdesk team,
I was trying to add an email signature with Emoji in Freshdesk. But it doesn't seem to support emoji. The content of the signature is deleted when saving.

This case can be simulated with Bybrand (email signature manager for Freshdesk). By pasting the HTML signature manually or via API - the content of the signature is removed.
Here a example of the HTML email signature with emoji which is removed.
