+8Similar to the Onboarding and Offboarding requests in service portal, can we get an Employee Transfer module? Doing a whole offboard/onboard isn’t desirable when an employee is just changing a job title and/or department. I’ve worked on a Service Request item as a workaround, but an actual out-of-the-box solution for this would be much appreciated. Thanks!
We are working on an area for Employee Journeys which will cater for scenarios such as transfers and crossboarding. I have passed this information onto the relevant product manager in freshservice.
+8Actually, we may no longer need this, as we decided to set up a separate Workspace for HR. Still, there is a use-case scenario for a smaller company like ours that doesn’t want to use a separate workspace.
+8After some time w/ the HR Workspace, we find that an Employee Transfer option as a Global option, similar to Onboarding and Offboarding, would be much better than the workaround mentioned earlier.
It would be super-awesome if the Employee Transfer module included Build Kits so that the process could be further standardized and/or automated.
