Enable adding Announcements using the mobile app

When away from the computer, sometimes an urgent announcement needs to be issued. Unfortunately, the iOS app only allows read-only access to the Announcement module. (In a pinch, mobile Safari can be used to access the desktop version of the Freshservice site. Since the new design was implemented there are serious issues with this though - e.g., backspace does not work.)
