For self-managing teams, it would be beneficial to have the Chat's On/Off setting as a configurable permission. In other words, this way teams that may not (need to) be heavily supervised by Administrators can adjust to changing circumstances by turning the Chat on and off as needed.
Also in other types of teams, it would be beneficial if supervisors could have this type of permission.
