Now that our organisation has been using Freshservice for ~9 months our Agents are finding that they have dozens, if not over a hundred, Starred Views, particularly within Ticket filtering.
You can Star the Views that you wish to have easy access to but, for some Agents, this can become clunky over time as the ones that are most used are not necessarily at the top of your list
So with that said I think it would make sense if dragging and dropping was made available at least for the Starred Views section - alternatively dragging and dropping would be nice for the entire Ticket Filtering list.
