We are using folders to organize the solutions in our Knowledge Base. The folders can have many different articles, and some or all may be applicable to our customers. However, they have to read each individual article to confirm if it applies to them, which requires them opening each article and printing the PDF version for distribution among their team.
The request that we are making is to add the ability to print from the folder-level, which will combine all of the underlying articles into a single PDF document.
