Enable review dates on Articles added to Solutions via URL

Currently if we add an article via URL to the Solutions space, we only learn that the URL is no longer valid if one of our customers mentions the page won’t open.  All our regular Solution pages have review dates when ensure we’re updating and checking content (including included links) on a regular cadence.  It would be great if the review date functionality could be used with articles added via URL as well so they are not forgotten in our regular review cycle.
