Enable us to change the name / title of tickets opened as result of support conversations

When a ticket is opened as result of a chat in the support messaging window, the titles of the ticket do not always reflect the purpose of the ticket. Often the title of the ticket is “Conversation with <Me>”,  If several tickets are open it can be challenging determining which ticket is for what.

 

Enabling us to change the title to something that makes sense to us as the end users would be helpful.
