We would like to be able to limit users to a number of votes on the Ideas Forum. Currently they could vote on every forum post but we would like to limit each contact to 3-5 votes. If they un-vote a post they get the vote back. Or if we move an topic into another category (implemented, planned, deferred etc.) they get a vote back on their record.
