I would like to see the ability to assign an agent to all groups and visa versa. Right now you have to open the agent and then in the drop down select the group you want and then do that over and over for each group you want to add.
The same happens if you are doing it the other way or even when creating a new group.
It would be very nice to have a “quick” way to add a user to all groups or even set a flag on the user to be automatically added to all groups.
