Hello FS Team,
at the moment only one agent can be entered as the author in a solution article. That agent will be notified if the review date expires to check the article again for publishing. If that agent leaves the company in the meantime no one will be notified that an article is moved into draft mode. It would be great to either enter an agent group or mulitple agents to make sure all artices are published and up to date.
Please check if this can be improved in the future.
