The Executive Overview from AI Insights is a helpful quick glance dashboard along with the proactive insights in the left navigation pane. However, it would be extremely beneficial to allow a drill-in for each area of the Proactive Insights to address areas that need attention.
Can Freshservice allow or integrate a drill-in function for each of the Proactive Insights area of the Executive Overview to allow our Leadership Team/Managers to review tickets specific to each area?
Currently we are having to create a report, double check that the numbers provided in the dashboard are matching the report and then drill into the report to look at those tickets that need attention for identified areas of concern.
