Expand scheduler to allow users to schedule recurring changes

Hi Fresh Service -

The Scheduler feature is great for tickets, can we expand it to also allow us to create recurring change records?  

Example:  if I know I need to do patching every 15th of the month, I want to create a schedule so that the change record generates pre-connected to the affected assets.
