Expanding the capabilities of FreshDesk Mobile application

Considering the fact that Freshdesk has a mobile applications, can the following features be enabled on the mobile application? 


1. A Freshdesk agent can be deployed on the end user workstations. The purpose of this agent will be to throw a QR code popup from at the task bar. A user can scan this QR code to log a ticket of the relevant category with most of the details already filled in. 


2. Can the agent be integrated with leading self - healing solutions to auto log tickets/service requests ?
