It would be good to allow for a user to be able to configure the export filters to include:
Filter tickets by: Created Time, Anytime
The existing options for Today, From Yesterday, Last 30 days, Last 7 days and set the time range work well but if you want tickets for the past two years it takes a significant amount of time to update that time range.
