It would be really useful to have the ability to export completed forms within Freshservice Journeys as a PDF.
Teams such as HR use Journey forms to collect information from employees during processes such as onboarding, employee changes and other HR workflows. In some cases, a copy of the completed form needs to be stored in an employee's personnel file or another document management system for future reference.
Currently, having the option to generate a PDF containing the questions and the employee's submitted responses would make it much easier to retain a clear record outside of Freshservice.
Ideally, the PDF could be generated automatically as part of the Journey workflow, as well as downloaded manually when viewing a completed form.
