For those using the ATLASSIAN JIRA PLUS App, It would be nice if there is a way to export the linked Jira tickets of each Freshdesk ticket.
- this could be helpful in case a Freshdesk portal migrations
- this could be helpful for reporting reasons. (knowing for the percentage of the total tickets for which a Jira ticket was created and linked)
