I would like to be able to export all search results, so I can then import it into a report.

      While the option to export search results is unavailable at the moment, we'd like to understand the need for the feature and how frequent you might be using this. We'd love to hear some use-cases that can certainly push the needle in our roadmap. 


      In case you're not aware, the search now supports filters to help you locate the content much easier.

        This function would be extremely helpful for reporting purposes when it comes to needing very specific information. For example, the reports pulls information based on categories/folders, that is extremely broad. In some cases we are asked to pull specific instances for legal purposes, but can't because we aren't able to search by specific keywords and then export that information. The reports are extremely limited in what we can pull.

          You can also export ticket summary information to Excel. You can select tickets based on most fields in the tickets, including your own non-standard fields. I know you cannot use keywords from descriptions or subjects, but you could use tags if applicable as a filter. The result is fairly complete including the subject. The full description and responses is missing, but you do have the number of interactions. For us this is a way to get a specific list of relevant tickets.

            Its amazing how the first proposed idea was 7 years ago and support since then has not made this feature important. To spotlight the issue I’m having (and to c/p this because I’m lazy): “This function would be extremely helpful for reporting purposes when it comes to needing very specific information.             Filters are too broad and doesn’t include what I’m looking for.

            Filters suck sorry

            I need to be able to search key terms in case agent mis-categorizes things.

            I need to generate reports for legal and compliance and is not sustainable to copy paste each term from search results i need a way to export it. OR give me the ability to do a dump with comments and description so I can search it myself in/with whatever tools I choose
