Export Tickets With Tags

Hey Team!


I feel that is would be ideal to have Tags included as an option when we export tickets as a csv file.


Agreed, the options that has been provided right now for exporting tickets are quite good, but its not always that the tickets that we receive are in line with the subject of the mail and exporting tickets with the body of the mail is a bit tedious when sorting out tickets.

Any update on this request? We use tags to classify support call content and would have great added valeu analysing this data if tags are added to the export file.

Was anything ever done about this request? Seems to me that if you can filter your customer list by tag, why can you not simply export the "current" list?

We have been supporting tag export on tickets for quite a while now (as shown below) which is the request in this forum. However, based on your response, I believe you are asking about exporting specific contacts for a given tag?

+1 on this as well. Not sure about the others, but what I would like is to be able to export a (CSV) list of tickets with all tags showing.
