Export to CSV - "Select All"

Thank you for writing to us here. 

It is indeed a very valuable suggestion and I have passed it to my Product Manager. We will surely look into it and see if this can be included in the future enhancements.

I would like to vote for this as well--so frustrating to check those boxes every time!  It seems like it would be a quick add too.  Better yet (though probably not as easy to code) would be to save the selections made each time and start with those the next time, as I imagine most users would want the same checks every time.

The ticket export option on the ticket list page now allows you to bulk-select all fields in a single click.
