We would like the option for the freshdesk number to be exported In JIRA when we run reports. The only way I can see of feasibly achieving this is when linking a freskdesk ticket to JIRA, we would need a manual field to be outputted to JIRA so that this can be picked up in exports & filtered.
Support advised that this cannot be done and that the field would need to be added manually but to type out each FD# is too time consuming.
Please look into this & see if this can be done.
