It would be really useful to expose Okta Groups to FreshService to help with logic, for example when deciding Requester Group membership and driving Business Rules. Currently we’re having to map fields as SCIM attributes and use that to drive logic but this creates unnecessary attributes, and in some instances requires new fields creating in Okta.

I would recommend checking out idas and if you can’t find create a new one for this . Recommend be on the Roadmap webinar, there have been talks about mapping AD groups.

Currently, Freshservice does not have the capability to natively expose Okta Groups directly for logic-based configurations such as requester group membership or driving business rules.
We can take this as a feature request to our product team.

haha na it was in the Automation section, to do this you need to build your own integration and using API for groups and agents.
