Facebook Tab should be product specific

When using the Facebook Tab and Multiple Products, the topics for ALL your products show up on each Facebook Tab. We are using FreshDesk for support of our multiple Facebook apps, and not being able to limit the content for each app makes the Facebook Tab feature more or less unusable.

Hey Michael -  Unfortunately, we will not be able to take this up right now. Facebook allows us to display only one domain, and since multi products have different custom domains, we are not able to do this right now. I understand the need for this when you are supporting multiple products, and will definitely keep this in our radar and see what can be done, depending on the demand for this feature.

The Facebook support tab is great, but I will have to agree with Michael. Is not really useful until it gets product specific. So if Facebook changes their policy, it would be great if you could add this functionality as well.

There's really no need for Facebook to change their policy. Freshdesk should just allow specifying the product in the URL. This is not rocket science. We run plenty of other tabs all of the same URL but product specific to the app the page belongs too.

Hello,

You can now link a facebook page to a product so that only related articles show up in the page tab setup on the Facebook page.

Cheers!
